I have a monitor, but I can't commit to bringing it until I borrow a VGA cable and the Rockband guitar and see if it's suitable.

I personally think this is best done on a tournament by tournament basis.

I'm in Cork and could bring an xbox and SSFIV AE (no disc, its on the console). You'll prob see me floating around on the irc under the name Reginald
