Reduce PDF size in batches ?

I have a huge amount of PDFs (hundreds) some up to 60mb each, which are taking up a large amount of hard drive space. I've started reducing them with Acrobat 7 but it's a one at a time job & is very time consuming. Is there any way I can select a folder, specify say "anything over 1MB" & have it reduced in weight ?
