Right, I've trying to connect to the college network in halls, but I failed the scan test or whatever because I don't have the right anti-virus software.
To get this I need to be signed into the college domain..
    How do I do this??

    Thanks :)

Download the software on a college pc (or wherever you're posting on boards from...) onto a usb stick?

You can download updates once you enter the proxy and are connected to TCDwifi. The likes of updates.microsoft.com are whitelisted. Alternatively, book in for a clinic.

I have never used it but I suspect its similar to skype in that it doesnt use the system proxy, you'll probably have to manually add tcdproxy.tcd.ie:8080 to its config.
