Toilet Seat Return Query

I bought a Toilet seat today and when i was in the shop i asked one of the staff memebrs if the Toilet seat was universal and he said yes, it cost me 44 euro Anyway i took it out of its box i be honest i did open it in the middle and when i went to measure it i realised it wasnt universal and had a measurement of 15.5. If the item isn't as described then you can bring it back. At the very least they'll have to provide what they said they would, or they could refund you as you seem to want.
