    Never made the past ones but will be making it down to this one.

    All nice and warm with my glasses, fleece and flask cos there is no way in hell I'd run it.

    Looking forward to it though :)

    Aww man its not that hard of a course if you are level 3 skills then you should have no problem!!!! Give it a bash!!

    Usually a great buzz round the river for the day!!!

    Womens Sport
    Womens Expert
    Mens Sport
    Mens Expert
    Junior Boys
    Junior Girls

    Team Event: Mens team/Womens team (Dominant sex determines the team)

    It's generally the lads with missing teeth and blood streaming down their faces that puts me off.

    Will scout it when I am down around there next week and see what I think. :D

    Yea need to change the date on the site sorry about that hopefully get it done tomorrow!!!

    River is pretty low right now have a look on youtube few nice vids of the previous years about on it!!

    For a second I thought that last drop was one I missed last year on the Colligan! :) I assume that was a stop off at Mullinavat falls on the way home?
