Hi my wife is pregnant for first time (very excitied )

we are due to travel to south america and we need to get travel injections. I got mine last week but when we went to the clinic the nurse basically said its not really known the effect injections such as tethnus, hep b etc it will have on the baby. yellow fever is out cause its live virus. im really nervous due to lack of concrete info we recieved.

Just want to know anyone have any insight or idea with pregnancy and these injections??? we're only 10 weeks so any info would be great
