Locked out of her laptop

My missus has a Samsung r60+ laptop running Windows Vista, and she can't remember the password to get into her account. There is another standard user account on the laptop so she can do the basics but not install any kind of software.

We tried OPH and trinity but they didn't work at all, I was wondering if anyone had other ideas??

    Thanks

Every windows machine has a built-in Administrator account. If you can type a name rather than clicking a button to get in, try guessing a few passwords. Otherwise try Chntpw or ntpasswd to change it offline from a bootable CD
