    Apparently there will be a post-op trans woman who "still feels trapped in the wrong body". This could be ugly... :( I probably won't be able to see it - could you post your observations below? Thanks.

    Getting breast implants (has grown some breast tissue due to hormones but they're not particularly large) and facial reshaping.

    The gender reassignment operation itself seemed to be successful, its just further aesthetic work.

    Very impressive surgery on the new vagina. She didn't get the full depth vagina because of her age, but it looked well.

    On this show she is looking for breast implants and facial feminisation surgery. 5 years on hormones and her breasts still looked quite manly imo, so I can see why she might want that. Not sure the facial surgery is necessary, but given her voice is also still quite deep may be that is the motivator.

    Nothing to add to the above. Watching it myself and the facial reconstruction bit is coming up. Doesn't look pleasant to watch :o

    Breasts have worked fairly well, and she's happy with the face now.

    The facial feminization surgery looked absolutely terrifying :eek:

    Amazing to see though at the end just how happy she is with the results. :)

    and people seriously believe that trans people put themselves through that sort of pain as a matter of choice!

    Just in case ya didnt realise 4OD is now available in Ireland - the programme is up here.
