2 spare tripod adapter bits

I've two of those tripod adapter bits to tripods that I no longer own (one was a spare one for a tripod I sold and one is from on that got lost). I'd be on for giving them in to a shop as spares or to someone who might have a use for them on here. Here are pics for reference:

I would appreciate the black adapter as I have same one which is cracked.
Its a lightweight tripod I use for holding a speedlight.

Alright lads, I'll be in town on Wednesday from about 4 so if you want to meet up at a coffee shop bar or where ever send me a PM. I'll bring both in. Bring your broken ones in to compare.
