Mountain Biking clubs in the city???

Just wondering if there are any decent clubs in the city??? Guys in the bike shops hadn't a clue!!!! My car recently decided to call a halt to its lifespan on the M6, so if there were any clubs that organised lifts out to the trails that would be just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeat!!

Mountain Trail used to run a club from the shop in the Cornstore. I think he's relocated to Westide: http://www.westsidecyclesireland.com/. Might be worth a shout.

Alternatively you can ask in any of the shops in town if they know of a club, the worst they can do is say no.

I would ask the lads in the Moycullen bike shop as well. Also as far as I know the West Coast Wheelers have a mountain bike section. Saidbh Baxter cycles with the wheelers and also has a few downhill trophies on her mantlepiece.
