Band Wanted - Apply Within!

    Ok, so its been a couple of years since my last band ground to a halt and i've been tryin to get something going since then. The problem has generally been trying to find a drummer and a singer(at the same time)! We had a good drummer, but a sh1tebag of a singer. Drummer got bored and moved on, and then we found a good singer but couldnt get a motivated drummer!!
    Also, the other lads were more into doin covers to try make a few quid, whereas i'd rather do originals. Comin up with a list of 30 or 40 covers and learning them off just doesn't appeal to me....i'd rather try to create something original.

    Anyway, i've been tryin to get to grips with Cubase and knocked up a couple of demo's (without vocals). They're rough as a badgers b0ll0x, but its just an idea of some of the tunes i have written.
    Sittin at home writing tunes is all well and good, but it'd be nice to have some humans to jam with and try to expand the sound and grow the songs.

    If anyone is interested (Especially drummers!!), hit me up. I'm based in Carlow, but could travel within reason. I'm not looking to pack in the day job and take over the world or anything....i just wanna jam out a few tunes!

    I play guitar with a galway based rock band. if ur ever organising a gig we would love to take part, check us out www.thefellz.com

    Cheers Steve! Actually hoping to get some vocals recorded this week, all going well! Drummers a re hard to come bye in the sunny south east, but might have something finalized in a couple of weeks.

    I like the tunes on the website....yea, as soon as we get around to giggin, i'll definitely keep ye in mind!
