I just bought this app and when I try and play video using the iPads speakersit says the above. The sound does work though when I plug in earphones.

Does anyone know what is wrong here. I was using a free app that had the same issue and thought if I spend the money the issue might be fixed.

Have you tried more than one movie file? I've found the same thing happens with some movies and not others with this app. I haven't found a way to fix it unfortunately. Quite frustrating if you load the iPad up with a couple of movies for a weekend away or whatever, and then find that none have sound when you get there.

I had the same issue today and I searched EVeryWhere to find a solution to your problem. And its your lucky day because I have a solution. Change your rotation lock to mute and try to play a video again, you may change back to rotation lock after. You are welcome ; )
