Can you get channels on UPC that you don't receive due to being in an MMDS area?

When I was in my grandparents' house recently in north Co. Dublin, I noticed that they have far more channels on their UPC EPG than us, even though we have the Max package, and I assume they do too. Is there a way to get at least some of these channels, because I don't think it's fair that we're paying the same price for UPC as them when we have significantly less channels?

Nope.

I've different channels to a friend of mine who lives in Bray, I'm in Tallaght, and we're both on cable. I was on MMDS and then UPC bought out my "cable" company, got loads more channels on the same package when I went to wired.

MMDS customers, of which I'm one, will not get the same no of channels as the cable customers because of the limits of the bandwith that UPC use to transmit the mmds signal. I downgraded to Digital Select Extra+ because of this as there is minimal difference in the no. of channels that I would watch.
