Most untrue greens in Ireland. If the putt looks like it's straight, take a gamble on being left or right. basically just toss a coin to pick a break and then commit to it. Outside that, amazing track.

There are a couple of short par 4's on the front nine where you have to play for position. I think its holes 5 and 6. Long iron or rescue off the tee even if your not the longest of hitters. Great course. Enjoy.

Great course ...... you'll enjoy it!
They say all puts fall towards the sea ....... trouble is sea can be on 2 sides on some holes.

Played it last week. The greens were not in great condition and seemed to be struggling to come back from poleforking a few weeks ago. Dont let that put you off though, it's certainly a nice course.

Not going to go through hole by hole but the only tips i can think of at the moment are:
    >The second hole plays longer than the yardage on your second shot- all uphill to the green.
    >On the 8th hole, if the pin is at the front and its windy, it is sometimes a much better shot to play a punch down and let it trickle from the downhill approach onto the green.

Haven't played it for a few years but there was a strokesaver on their website which you could also check out. At the time I played it the fairway bunkers were being upgraded and the sand was soft so they were very difficult. It a course I've enjoyed each time I've played it - a few key holes to be sensible on.
