Where does the Route 23 Bus Eireann bus stop in Maynooth? (From Sligo)

    It stops at the bus stop opposite SuperValu just outside the village. Pretty much right beside the train station!

    Are you sure that bus stops in Maynooth on the way up? I thought it only stopped on the way from Dublin (and that's only about 2 of the buses per day)...

    Well when I type from Carrick on Shannon to Maynooth in the route planner it comes up and tells me when it departs and arrives in Maynooth. Surely if it didn't stop in Maynooth I wouldn't be given these details?

    Aw in that case I'm sure it's grand! The timetable I have is a few years old at this stage anyway :P

    It does definitely stop, yeah!

    Though if you're planning on Travelling Sligo-Maynooth a lot I'd recommend getting a travel card and using the train - it's so much faster and more comfortable!
