Question about backyard cover on insurance

hi was looking for insurance for my dog he's a doberman, was looking for insurance that will cover him in the back yard, as there is another yard behide me, with new occupants, was wondering is there any insurance company out there that will do that, or would it be classed as public libility insurance?
