New €25+€5 Tournament Every Saturday @ The Jackpot

    From Saturday the 24th September we will be adding a new Saturday tournament to our schedule. It will be a €25+€5 tourney with a massive 6,500 starting stack and a 500 early bird if you are in before the first hand is dealt. So if you are looking for a great value tournament with loads of play for a recession busting buy in, come in and play on Saturdays at The Jackpot!!!


    1. Who is running the event (organisation, society etc) - The Jackpot
    2. The purpose of the event (charity, commercial etc) - commercial
    3. Date -every Wednesday
    4. Location - The Jackpot Card Club
    5. Any guaranteed prize pool -
    6. Registration and Start time of event - reg from 8pm starts @ 8.30pm
    7. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc) -must be a member of the Colossus Casino, can join on the day as long as id is shown
    8. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc) -Register on the night
    9. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc) -No Limit Hold Em Freezeout
    10. Cost of entry - €25+€5
    11. How much of the entry fee is made up of registration fee -€5
    12. If a rebuy, cost of rebuys/top-up - Re-Entry allowed for first four levels
    13. How many and what duration are rebuys available -na
    14. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into prize fund -100%
    15. How many places being paid -
    16. Is any money from the prize fund held back for future tournaments, if so, how much - NO
    17. Any tickets for future events given out as prizes. If so, how many -None
    18. Any additional prizes given out (merchandise etc) -na
    19. Starting chips - 6,500 + 500 early bird for those registered before the first hand is dealt
    20. Rebuy and top-up chip amounts -na
    21. Blind levels -

    27. Are there any cash games offered, if so, please outline the rake for each limit offered - €4 per person per half hr for €50 games and €6 per person per half hr for €100 game
