Yes. These people are professionals and they know the score when they finf you with spray paint.

if it's 2pm and you're on your way home from the hardware shop and you have 2 or 3 cans of spray paint in a bag marked "Woodies DIY" and tell the Garda you're on your way home to spray paint your bike, then you're grand.

If it's Saturday night, you're loitering and you've got a can of spray paint, only an idiot would believe you if you said anything other than "i was gonna graffiti all over the place" when asked why you had it.

Maybe you were, but the Garda might've had reason to believe you were going to use it to get up to mischeif! Let's be honest, how many times would you come across a big group of lads in the City Centre with bottles of spray-paint who were going to "Use it a different day" and on something legal? it doesn't look good does it?

Anyway, there's a Legal Discussion forum, i'm sure they could help you over there.

Well not many because not many people think trying graffiti is cool, the scene isn't very big you could probably name most of the artists on your hands. Is there anywhere that can tell me If i should get my paint back, can the garda take it off me.
