    Hi all, Am currently going through the planning phase for a 4 bedroom 2 storey house in Limerick. Approx size is 2500sq foot. Will be looking for a builder and/or a Project manager. Any suggestions/reccomendations welcome....

    House is a pretty simple house design wise, but we are hoping to finish it to agood standard
