Saving TV3 "Catchup" to digital format ?

Just wondering is there a way to save a program from TV3's Catchup to a PC/Mac ? The suicide debate was on last night & I know one of the panel & wanted to get a digital copy of the show.

Write to tv3 and they should have no problem sending you one. I don't think you can take it directly from the site.
