Oval Seat Clamp - Where to Get

Looking for a seat clamp as per pic to suit the oval rails on a saddle I got recently. Anyone know where I might come across one. The one in the picture is for 7mm dia. round rails sois no good for the new saddle. The rail elipse measures 7 x 9mm.
