From single wall socket in kitchen.

    14" tv
    Set Top Box
    Laptop
    PC Monitor
    Mains Powered USB Hub
Mains Powered External Hard drive (occasionally)

If all were in use at same time I reckon I should be well below the max output for a single socket 3000W as most of the pc equipment would use low voltage/ac to d.c. .....or am I.....

Its probably a ring circuit and the only other load that might be in use with above is a 2bar electric fire 2kw from double socket on other side of room.
