this would be how I do my hair (minus the olive oil... will use coconut oil in the ends if dry or lavender oil on the scalp if I use too much baking soda)

That's a really bad abbreviation.. :pac:

Watching that has me actually thankful for oily hair/skin.

How's it working out for you?

I once tried co-washing and the results were nice but I found I needed to use shampoo at least once a week anyway because my hair felt heavy. I gave it up because psychologically I need to feel the lather from soap in my hair to feel like it's clean :o

Tee hee 'poo free hair'.... sorry!!

I left my hair 'unwashed for 3.5 days during the week, granted I used dry shampoo, but I has washed it every day for I reckon 10 years!!! I did notice it sat better on day three, I got compliments! Gonna try washing it 3 times a week as opposed to 7.

    Interesting vid!

Uh i just use T-gel cause it doesn't make bits of my hair so much and i bought a treatment for 12 euro in my hairdresser (although i have 20% off cause i'm modelling for them) i've been using that every second night too :) i couldn't bear the thoughts of not washing my hair, although i try not to wash it every day (it'll get greasy too often then)

I am only using baking soda and honey balls on my scalp 2 times a week now and my hair no longer needs styling products (it is seriously crazy how well the curls are sitting with nothing now)

I was mainly afraid I would smell but first thing my mother did the other day when she came down to visit was smell my head ( yea thanks mammy) and she was like OH I thought you would stink but you smell fine. So I seem to have the all clear :D
