Blackboard account locked

    I'm a first year and I came up with the most amazing password for my blackboard account, so amazing in fact that I can't remember what it was, and I can't remember the answer to one of my security questions either.
    I'm a genius I know :D

    After giving a few guesses it resulted in my account being locked.

    Is there anything I can do to fix this? :o

    I was going to wander up to the IT buildings today to get help but I didn't have much spare time and had to rush home.
