Advice on who to train.

This will be a long one.

I'm now operating 30 level 5 sessions per week.
20 of them are assigned, to decent players, one of whom will break 100kcsr by the end of the season, and just after his 20th birthday.
2nd was a intended as a Season 14 International hopeful, but won't make the cut, but i'm going to keep training him. He'll hit 70kcsr by seasons end.

Now, here's my conundrum. Who do i promote, first and put into a training program. There's 5 guys who could all be worth a shot, but 5 weeks training could be lost on a 'wasted pick'

    Any advice would be appreciated.

I have 5/6 decent 16yo's, all close to promotion.

    Any ideas?

+ There was 2 more who were cut off from that pic.

    Ben Keenan -

Right handed, right footed, in decent form .
A collected player with controlled discipline, average leadership, and non-existent experience.
    Stamina: Medium
    Handling: Average
    Attack: Low
    Defense: Medium
    Technique: Reputable
    Strength: Decent
    Jumping: Satisfactory
    Speed: Average
    Agility: Unknown
    Kicking: Horrible

    and

    A 70 star recruit for week 14,

    4 'highs'
    4 'Mediums'
    No actual stats yet.

Personally he'd be a bit short for my preference at FB, but would be a quality winger. I think from those pictures I would choose craig O'conway for FB, bit low on attack but great starting defense and kicking etc.

I was pretty much thinking what you've all said.

Just wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting a player / spot.

    Lvl 5 doesn't come cheap. :/

MacCarney would get it for me I think. The others either have attitude problems or they're just physically not what you'd want about the place. The hoors.
