PC for footballmanager

Hi all was wondering if you might be able to give me some advice my dell inspiron 53l1 has finally given up the ghost. Went pixelated and now cant get past the system restore cannot fix this problem automaticaly stage so thinking its time for a new pc.

Used mainly for Football manager 2011.
will use old dell monitor etc.
budget max 450 inc delivery and would need os.

total noob have upgraded ram etc but not sure if ready for building it myself.

have you tried reinstalling windows? could be the os rather than a hardware issue.

not sure how to reinstall windows. As dell didnt ship a cd with the pc:mad: or if they did I lost it:(. will ask my mate later today and see if he can do somthing with it.

I'm not sure how high the graphics requirements are for it, but I don't think they are too demanding. Can't find any benchmarks for it at all :P

FM2011 runs perfectly fine on my Intel Pentium D + 8500GT, so yeah... go figure :P

Lol, it's the only game I play on my new i7-2600k as well. Bit of overkill.
