Commissioner for oaths

    Hi all,
    I need a signature witnessed by a Commissioner for Oaths, Solicitor or Notary Public (MP2A for marriage abroad). Is a peace commissioner similar or the same as any of the above?

    Thank you for specifiying the form number...

    That is a statutory declaration so a peace-commissioner will suffice
    even though it not specified as an option it is acceptable according to the stat. dec. act of1938 which they refer to
