Transfer file from Windows OS to pure DOS 6.22

Im screwing around with a DOS 6.22 virtual machine. Found an old game in Qbasic that i want to load onto the VM. Any ideas how i can transfer the file from my windows pc to the DOS virtual machine?

dual boot with freedos , it supports USB

Dos 6.22 don't really do networking

interlnk might work if you can get a serial cable and transfer control of serial to vm

networking is ipx odi and all that jazz, if you can track down the drivers

and you'll either have to figure out TCPIP stack from somewhere or the host to use IPX

of course since it's QBASIC you can open it and simply cut and paste and save the file
