Has anyone any experience dealing with ICDS?

    I sent in my CV 4 weeks ago to the ICDS agency in response to a job advertised, rang to confirm it was received and have got no response since. Rang again this morning and the guy I sent it into wouldn't talk to me direct, said through the receptionist he would ring back. Of course, he hasn't.

    Just wondering is this typical of them?
