Would anyone have an idea of where the Family History Centre in Glasnevin is ? The only address I can find is Finglas Road, Glasnevin and I could be walking up and down there a long time before I find it. :( Thanks.

The Family History Centre is in the LDS Church in the Willows sort of across the road from the Glasnevin Cemetery.

How easy is it to visit and do some research at this facility? I have a few LDS reference numbers to check (not in GRO) and as I will be in Dublin next week, hopefully with some free time.
    Thanks in advance

I tried to ring them once for similar reasons and never got an answer over the course of a week - no machine or anything!

I've called in person 4 times in the last 6 months - never anyone there! :(

I e-mailed the head office in Utah to get current opening hours and recieved an answer, but still no joy. I also emailed John Grenham, and he suggested emailing the church as I did.

Good luck, if you get in please let us know and could you possibly ask if there is an email address for them that I might arrange a visit?

can I ask what records you are hoping to view at the FamilySearch centre ?

Would it be easier to arrange access to these somewhere else - e.g. NLI, NAI etc ?

For me post 1922 NI records - I hate going to the GRO in Belfast. Hate it.
