    Hello,
Anyone know where I can get a good deal in co. Longford or surrounding area on a respray or even a new colour. I have no idea of prices and what is an average quote. I haven't enquired yet with any garage or otherwise? It's a Nissan Primera SVE.
If any good deals are further from midlands, I'll travel no probs!
    Thanks

Dodgey backstreet respray in a fellas garage : €1000 or so

Goodish respray in same colour : €2000

Top job in same colour €2500+

Changing the colour adds to the cost substantially. I'd be giving the car a serious wash, clay, polish and wax and you may see a huge improvement. A respray is a big undertaking and you need it to be done perfectly for it to be worthwhile. The last thing you want is to get a respray and you powerwash half a panel off the first time you wash it. I've considered it before but it's really a huge amount of money to put into a car.

Ye total waste of money doing any sort of respray on that. You could buy some compound in halfords etc and lightly compound each panel, do it by degrees and follow it up with a decent polish/wax. I've done this many times over the years and it makes a big difference and it's cheap and cheerful to do.
