How to use stick?

    Got my meteor pre pay stick in the post yesterday. Now apologies for sounding a little dumb but how do you use it? The instructions in the pack are useless basically says plug it in and follow instructions which iv done but now I can't get any further.
    I connected last night and could only get on the meteor website, disconnected a few minutes later and I get a message saying my pass has expired, I thought I got a free day pass? Topped up by €5 this evening, entered the number and clicked top up, then clicked balance and it's telling me I'l get a text message with my balance but I get no text so I'm not even sure the top up worked.

    When I click my network connections on the bottom right and try to connect to meteor it asks me for an APN, username and password. I have the 4 digit pin and the number for the sim card but these don't work. When I click the big orange connect button on the manager yolk I get an error.

    So basically what do I do? Am I missing something or what am I doing wrong?
