    ok so the story is, my mum has a 04 nissan terrano that she had since new.. recently it packed up and we arent gonna bother putting any money into it as its not worth it..

    wat im wondering is, what do we do with it? can it be sold for parts or will it be scrapped or what?

    if anyone has any advice of how to scrape some money back from this, please let me know!!!

    Packed up, how so? That's not a very old vehicle to give up on, especially for a simple 4x4.

    If you do want to shift it, I'd advertise on Donedeal or adverts.ie honestly as is for spares or repair, I'm sure you are going to get a hell of a lot more than a couple hundred yoyos in scrap value.

    depending on whats wrong/what overall state it's in you shouldnt have too much trouble getting a grand for it on donedeal.

    a friend sold a 01 commercial terrano with 180k or so on it and in need of a new pas pump and maybe some pipes too for over a grand recently with no bother.



    you never know who has one sitting in a yard at home in a similar situation to your self who has the time/skills to make one good vehicle from two.

    If determined that it's not going to be fixed advertise it online, someone will buy it.

    If you have the time and space you could part it out. Advertise it privately not working sold as seen Or phone one of the many guys willing to buy for scrap.

    If it was fixable it might sell quicker and fir more money what is wrong with it ?
