    Winstons in Bray is closing down. They have 50% off everything.[PHP][/PHP]

    When I bought a house in Bray 22 years ago I spent £15 on a set of 3 stainless steel saucepans in Winstons, and they are still going strong!

    Was down there today and got good value on curtains. V. sad about this - I thought it was one of the more popular shops in Bray and had good value homeware, clothes etc. Winstons in Kilkenny is to stay open.

    Sorry kenny i was in work and boss came back early.

    They have lots of kids womens and mens clothes. They also have some homewares great value curtains and bed spreads.

    Agree that its sad to see it close i asked the girl said they are 23 years in bray:(

    Wondered if anyone can tell me what business traded in present site before Winstons arrived in Bray. Asked about, but nobody can remember. Woolworths was across the road, Findlaters was close by, Liptons was in Quinsboro Rd, Home and Colonial were someplace else. Murdochs was where Anvil are. Am curious to know who was in Winstons?

    as far as I can remember,when going to Secondary school...nearly 30 years ago.....Quinnsworth had a Hardware/Toy Store on that site.
