    Hey guys,

Im currently looking at a Dell Inspiron 17 and a Dell xps 17.
The laptop is mostly used for just movies and net bowsing.

But i do need to use it for some gaming from time to time.
Nothing heavy on graphics, just games like dawn of war, starcraft.. Mostly RTS stuff which is never graphics demanding.

I spec up 2 machines, but the price difference is pretty big.
So let me know which one you guys think is best for the money and for what i need.

I dont mind paying the extra for the xps if the slight difference in spec is worth the money. And also if the xps build quality is better than the inspiron.

If money's an issue and based on what you describe I'd go with the Inspiron 17R. If money isn't too much of a problem and you want to do some future proof then I'd go with the XPS17
