    Hi,
I have a question about signing on.
Back in sep/oct 2009 i was in the process of applying for jsa but was able to get a job so didnt need to sign on. I am now in the position of going to apply for jsa again, was just wondering how long do the social welfare office keep your previous application on file? is there a certain time frame a 1 or 2 years, do i have to resubmit a whole new claim from the start?

    thanks

You will be submitting a repeat claim. Below is a link to the forms UP6 is the one you should download and complete.
