So we're right in the thick of it now, who's going all the way?

I'll be at Patersons Stadium on Saturday for West Coast v Carlton. Tickets are like gold dust here with two going for about $400 on eBay at the moment but I managed to get some as a member.

Hope we can turn them over again and head to the G next week.

Overall though a Geelong v Collingwood Grand Final would be a belter.

Carlton were impressive last week, but in fairness, I was impressed with the Eagles performance against Collingwood. they played a good intensity, and a few breaks could have donw them well. Cox not being 100% affected them. but it will be a different story in Subiaco against a team playing well and a very loud crowd!

Is Buddy back for the hawks? could see them struggle without him. Sydney had a good win against St Kilda, and nullified them a lot.

But it will be interesting to see a Geelong Collingwood final. Geelong gave them a right lesson a couple of weeks back and looked a serious team.

Hawks running away from Sydney in the first quarter...disappointing from the Swans

I think tomorrow's game is going to be a cracker, Eagles should win playing at home but its difficult to write off Carlton all the same.

Hard to see past a Collingwood Geelong grand final, I think its what everyone wants to see

odd moves with Freo and Ross Lyon. St Kilda havent even got to the off seaon yet and still making headlines!

Bizarre, really bizarre! The fact that it was done so quietly made it even more strange. His management didn't even know about it.

I'm always wary of such underhand moves though, is there going to be an element of the Freo players that just aren't going to trust Lyon after the way his apponitment came about. It will be interesting to watch for sure. The Saints are in serious trouble now with an aging list, average youngsters and no coach.

Just another reason to hate Freo. Harvey was the best coach they've had a was screwed by injuries this year. Hope Lyon flops massively.

Brilliant game this morning, I saw most of it after the rugby and really enjoyed it. Thought that Carlton seriously screwed up not playing Hampson, Setanta got killed in the ruck by Cox which gave them a great platform to work off. Congrats Xavi, although I can't see you guys going any further.

A great turnaround season by West Coast to finish 4th and then back it up with the win today. Can't see them beating Geelong though. I fancy the Hawks to surprise Collingwood for some reason.

All I can say is wow! What an epic night of football. Subi was rammed and the atmorphere was electric. Tbh I feared the worst when Carlton kicked the first three.

Darren Glass was immense for us and it's crazy that Jack Darling has only just turned 19. The last quarter went on forever (36 minutes I think it was) but the celebrations when the siren finally did go made it all worthwhile.

Carlton left the field right in front of me and a certain ex-Eagle got a right going over! "Suck shit Judd!" :D

seeing pics like that, really makes me miss it! would love to have been there for it. should be back next summer so hopefully take in a few games then.

super result though. havent seen any of it other than some small highlights, so looking forward to seeing some extended highlights this week.

cant see them beating Geelong, but even so, it has been a huge year for the Eagles. delighted for Judd too!

    Nice seats Xavi

Apparently Buddy has a bad dose of gastro or something, could be a cakewalk for Collingwood if he's not right

I quite like Freemantle actually and i wouldn't begrudge them a title. What they did to Mark Harvey was wrong though.
