There is a hurl maker affiliated with Na Fianna, who was profiled on Nationwide, that may be able to help you out

If you're invloved in a club there will probably be someone who does repairs and alterations that will be able to help you out

Or else try Dublin City hurls in harolds cross, they have the workshop in the back of the shop, so with a bit of luck could get it done there and then.

Or alternatively, get a few patches of sandpaper and some elbow grease and it should do the job.
