Chinese/Asian cooking classes where to go?

    Hi,

I'm looking to give my fiancé cooking classes as a gift for Christmas this year. He really loves to cook Asian food and is always trying new recipes out that he finds online.

I've been looking around online at all the classes available but I'm worried that the school I might pick on a whim of "it looks good" might turn out to not be the best in terms of the experience he gets.

Does anyone have any recommendations in terms of classes they have taken or experience with any of the schools?

    Thanks!
