Guys any help here would be appreciated.I have to find a precedent deed for factoring up a debt.In other words A owes B money but C approaches and offers to buy up As debt from B.However he wants to maintain the Bs judgement over the debt in order to use the debt as security.Where could I find such a precedent?
    -A debt collection book
    -Kellys precedents
    -Butterworths

Any advice at all would be much appreciated.

Doubt if you would find such a precedent in Kellys = you may find something in Butterworths volumes.

Also any specialised Commercial Banking set of precedents.
