Stress is something that mentally demolishes a person. People, you need to take life easy, you only have one, don't sweat the small stuff.

I've mentioned various other times on here about relationships and personal image. Now, although my age is against me and my early life was relatively peaceful, I have a mild understanding.

You see, when I was a young man I worked with my father maintaining our corn plantation. I spent my youth in the roaming plains of Tennessee, free from the pressures of life today, I grew up with an appreciation for life. I knew that I had to live it, not to worry about the small stuff. Sit back and pull up a chair my friends, that's what its all about.

When life is getting you down, chin up, think of those less fortunate, think of the life you have.

Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you.

Stress isn't always a bad thing, have you ever considered that there might be a reason why stress has survived - or thrived - in our evolution? I think there is a good chance that the ability to feel mental stress has been a significant inspiration for human progress.

Personally I work well under pressure, in fact it is the only time I really perform at my peak; I think that would be a common enough experience. I'd hate to have no stress in my life. That would be unbearable.
