guys does anyone know what the law is on weather there is a set limit of days as to when a company have to comfirm weather holidays youve booked have been rejected or accepted ive booked my holidays for 2weeks times and when i approached management today i was told not to book any holidays yet as they still hadnt been confirmed i was overlapping with some else in my department.Thing is this girl is just back from her summer since last monday and i had to take mine in june as our holidays are served on a 1st come first serve basis (im in my job 4years other girl only 1year)we both handed form in same day
also our roster goes up on a friday evening and or week starts a sunday is this legal also?

i no i should be happy i have a job but ive always a family i like to make plans with

any advice is grateful guys
