I'm not much of a chrono guy, except for more classic looks but that is a very sharp piece.

Not bad but not a huge fan of the hour digits. They encroach too far onto the dial for my taste. Maybe if he dropped the 0 id like it more.

Very clean and classy look to that, reminds me of the Porsche Design Flat 6.

Like Reloc8, I've not been much for Chronos, but would be happy with one of these two unique takes on the chrono :)

I saw these in the flesh at a watch fair thing in Maastricht a couple of years ago. Very nice. Habring also make a jump-second watch; the second hand stays still for 6 or whatever beats and then jumps a whole second, so that it looks like a quartz watch. Ironic that you need a lot of complex micro-engineering and a great deal of money to create the effect of a 15 euro quartz. :)

The ZM is new for 2011 so you probably didn't see that, how did you find the activation of the chrono on the older COS model, was it as easy to use as the more traditional pushers?
To be honest, I didn't handle it. I was looking at the Aristo/Archimede and whatever type watches (say the 500 euro price level) and came back around a corner to see my g/f chatting away to the Habring representative. It didn't take me long to figure out that these watches were a long way from my budget at the time, so I slowly backed away from the display, dragging the g/f with me, never looking away from the rep in case he pounced on me and whipped my credit card out of my wallet...

I love those Yaeger chronos, very distinctive and modern take on classic aviators.

Chronomaster.co.uk used to sell them but not for a few years now, and I've never seen them anywhere else. I seem to remember there were "short flight" and "long flight" models with different chronograph dials. When my missus bought me a watch for my 40th birthday I got an Oris Atelier Worldtimer, which I love but I've always slightly regretted not going for one of those Yaegers.
