What do i need to do to get the contents (programs & files) from my old laptop *(ibm t20) to my new laptop (ibm t60) Would a free mirroring program do the job? Would both laptops have the same HAL? What type of cables would i need? thanks in advance *swapping hard drives is not an option as t20 hd is tiny

might be able to create a virtual machine image of old system using vmware converter and then run that on the new machine with vmware player
