    Hi,

I've got a Roland TD3 electronic drumkit and am in the process of selling my acoustic kit. Because the TD3's sound output isn't working properly (crackling on the left channel, whether through headphones or via audio out) I'm planning on getting a new module with whatever I get for the acoustic kit.

However, someone has offered a full electronic kit, with similar standard module but better pads and cymbals. What I'm wondering is whether it's possible to connect the two modules via MIDI and combine the two kits into one ridiculously big electronic kit?
