    Is there any way to watch this without Real Player which I read has spyware. It is from 2008. I can watch current RTE clips without Real Player

    Real Alternative Lite will do that for you. You are right not to install Real Player junk. Make sure all your internet browsers are closed fully (check task manager) before proceeding to install

    Yes it does but the newer versions are OVER BLOATED AND UGLY!!!

    Version 8 is the last of the original player!

    Even the earlier versions of Real Player are adware, via the "Message Centre" crap it installed. Also some versions required you to sign up just to use the player :O and naturally get info about your interests along the way...

    I didnt have to do any of that with v8.....

    v8 is quite a good player :)
