    Hi,

Just bought the wire to connect the iPhone 4 to my telly cause i thought it'd be handy espically with that sky go app!

I tried it yesterday, there is sound but no image?

Is there a setting i've to change on my phone/telly or do i have to jailbreak my phone so i can watch it?

    thanks

I don't think the sky app allows you to watch it through your tv. I would think an app like filmontv will work though. Not sure about sky working if it is jailbroken but it is a possibility, I saw it discussed somewhere here if you have a look through the threads.

It should work if you are jail broken.

Did you buy an official apple cable?

If you did not you need an app off Cydia called Resupported.

Whether you have an offical cable or not you should also get the Cydia Apps Display out or Tv Mirror out 2 ( I think that's it's name, if not get whatever sounds most like that, it's also free so I'd start with it as opposed to display out.).That should have you up and running then with any app you want to display on your tv.
