I'm a person who loves all kinds of music, but I especially love all things loud and obnoxious. I have what I call an eclectic taste in music. I'm inspired by lots of different kinds and genres and styles, and want to experiment with fusing them into something new.

My favourites include, but are not limited to:

    Slipknot
    American Head Charge
    Pantera
    Emery
    Northborne
    Owl City
    La Roux
    Angelspit
    Anamanaguchi
    Grendel (dance, not metal)
    Texas Hippie Coalition
    Skrillex
    Rusko
    HIM
    Sevendust
    Tool
    The Haunted
    innerpartysystem
    Enter Shikari
    Funeral for a Friend
    Unicorn Kid
    Rihanna
    Malefice
    Cancer Bats
    Paloma Faith
    System of a Down
    .... and many others.

Now. I want to attempt to put all or most of these in a biiiiiiig blender and see what happens. It'll be fricken awesome if it works!

I'm a bass guitarist (of 11 years)/singer/screamer/growler/programmer, and have a few things programmed, some vocal lines written with lyrics, and bass breakdown grooves, but no songs truly as of yet. I unfortunately can't play everything at once, owing to only having two arms =P

I am 20 years old, and live in Limerick. And for all those who are confused by my username, I'm a WOMAN. A screaming growling metal vocalist woman, at that =)

Anyone interesting in joining my insane quest? =D

Some seriously wide-ranging influences there. I think this is the first and only time I'll see Rhianna and Cancer Bats in the same list :).

Do you have any stuff available to listen to online?

Lastly, and I can't be the only person wondering this, where does your username come from? :p

YES. no, sorry... I live in Dublin. This sounds awesome though, and I'd love to hear anything you have recorded/programmed.

As for the username, as a kid I was a stupidly avid Lord of the Rings fan, and Ithilien is the forest where the character Faramir lives, and he's my favourite character. That, and being about 14 at the time, one comes up with unusual usernames... =D

No stuff online yet, but I could put some up! It's just fragments of ideas of stuff, though, nothing concrete or actually coherent in any form, but I'll put it up on my YouTube and send you the link =D

Yes, Rihanna and Cancer Bats is quite a weird one. In my opinion, Slipknot and Owl City is an even weirder combo... =P
