I've not used that one, but have used one in a Texaco garage in Sligo, found it absolutely fine, warm water, shampoo, then a drier, which isn't brilliant, but you can towel dry afterwards.

I have used the one in Deansgrange.

Its about 9euro....for a 15 min dog wash.

So to get three dogs washed and dried will be a challenge.
The table you put them on fits a single large dog.

They recommend wash and shampoo for about 3 mins, then rinse, then blowdry. all controlled by you...simply press the button for the next action when you want.

If they are small enough, you might get all three shampoo'd and rinsed, with a quick whizz of the dryer in the 15 mins.

My retriever just about gets done in the 15 mins, but still is a bit damp.

She likes it...warm water, warm air.

    Enjoy.
