Cycle to work for employers

I was hoping someone could give me details/ point me in the right direction - I am trying to help an employer set up the cycle to work scheme in their company, for my benefit of course ;)!. Would anyone know where the employer should go for this and what forms he has to fill in? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
